The "S.T.A.R.S. International Graduate Advisory Board" was introduced in 2011 with a dual purpose in mind. One, gain first hand experience/input from graduates on the future design, direction, and leadership of the program. Second, groom graduates to assume future senior leadership roles within the S.T.A.R.S. organization in the areas of Instructors and Board Members. The "Graduate Advisory Board" will be present at each Board Meeting and provide valuable input to senior leaders while also mentoring future participants through their involvement. The future of the organization is their's to blaze!
