S.T.A.R.S. International is Scuba Training for At-Risk Students. This program is designed to provide a positive diversionary activity incorporating scuba diving to at-risk students which reinforces and supports local academic achievement and career development.
S.T.A.R.S. International serves as a catalyst to foster family/community collaboration, and strategically mentor at-risk youth. Provide challenges and coaching that can promote maturity and prompt participants to channel their personal energy on creating and progressing towards lifelong educational and career goals.
